Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Walk-In Customers & Phone Calls
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Maintaining a Clean Environment within the Store daily
  • Following up with Customers on a daily basis

Skills required:

  • Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Upbeat / People Skills – Our environment is uplifting and we expect the same from all our staff. 🙂
  • Ability to grammatically write customer updates via Text & Email Platforms.
  • Basic Knowledge of Computers and Mobile Devices – Don’t need to be an expert, we’re looking for basic skills to communicate with customers during the check in process; Techs will handle the rest.
  • Being Punctual and Proactive of your Time.
  • Team Player – We count on each other to better ourselves and those around us.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

  • Starting Pay: $12 /hr with a 90 day Evaluation & Raise to $13-$14 dependent on performance.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9:45am-4:15pm with 30 Minute Paid In-Store Lunch Break.
