Membership Plan Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Select Tronix Membership Program. By enrolling in any of the membership tiers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Benefits

Each membership tier includes specific service benefits that become accessible after a defined tenure of active membership. Members must maintain a continuous active status to access these benefits.

VIP Memberships

VIP Members enjoy Priority Service, which allows them to skip the line with worry-free, no-diagnostics charges, and 10% any billed Labor. VIP Members also enjoy $50 off the non-sale price of any new Computer, with no quantity limits. After 1 year as an active VIP Member, with no missed monthly payments, a Free Annual Computer Checkup with Virus Removal Service will be awarded, and 1 per year thereafter the membership is active.

Billing & Cancellation Policy

Auto-Billing:

All memberships will auto-renew and bill monthly to the payment method on file until the member cancels. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment details remain valid to avoid service disruption.

Membership Cancellation

If a member cancels their membership, they will be ineligible to re-enroll for 6 months from the cancellation date.

Early re-enrollment within this 6-month window is only permitted if the member repays all missed monthly dues accrued during the lapse period.

General Terms

All benefits reset monthly and are non-transferable.

Benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed outside the scope of the services offered.

Abuse or repeated cancellations may result in permanent disqualification from future membership eligibility.

Select Tronix reserves the right to cancel the VIP Program and its active memberships, and to update or revise these terms with prior notice.
