Service Contracts are an excellent option if you want reliable and cost-effective IT support. We offer reduced pricing for long-term commitments. The longer the commitment, the lower the rate.
Our service contracts are determined based on the number of stations you have. A station consists of a computer, printer, and any attached battery backups and small items. The number of hours allotted for support depends on the total number of stations in your plan. For instance, if you have a 5-9 Station Contract, you will receive up to 9 hours of onsite or remote support, while a 10-19 Station Contract will provide 19 hours of support. If you require additional support beyond your contract hours, we offer a discounted rate of $120 per hour.
Service Contracts do not cover the replacement or upgrade of any hardware that may fail. We will always provide you with a hardware quote before proceeding with any repairs or upgrades.
We limit the number of service contracts we offer to ensure we can provide same-day service or, on very rare occasions, next-day service to our clients. If you are interested in our services, please contact us via email or phone to schedule a brief meeting. This will help us determine if we are the right fit for your business. If we are a match, we will ask you to start your auto-draft from this page. Once that's done, we will draft a contract and send it over for signatures. Once all parties have signed, the service contract will begin.
